Frequently Asked Questions

Our Fleet & Services

  • Why do you offer Sprinter Limos instead of traditional stretch limousines?
At Primetime Limousine, we prioritise your safety and comfort above all else. We exclusively utilize a modern fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Limousines because they offer superior safety ratings, increased cabin height for easier entry/exit, and the latest in-vehicle technology. By focusing on newer Sprinter models, we ensure our clients receive a reliable, pristine, and stylish experience every time.

  • Do you offer transportation beyond group limousine services?
Absolutely. While we are known for our luxury limos, we provide professional Sedan and SUV services for any occasion where you’d prefer not to drive. This includes:

    • Airport transfers (to and from all local hubs)

    • Corporate meetings and executive travel

    • Point-to-point dinner dates

    • Game day transportation and special events of all kinds!

Booking & Logistics

  • What is the minimum hourly requirement for a reservation?
Typically, we require a three-hour minimum for our limousine services. Please note that during peak dates, holidays, or major local events, minimum requirements may increase. Our team will always provide clear minimums at the time of your quote.

  • What if I’m not sure when my event or night out will end?
We aim for total flexibility. While we ask for a general timeframe to ensure vehicle availability, we can leave your drop-off time open-ended. Simply communicate with our dispatch team or your chauffeur, and we will accommodate your schedule as it unfolds.

  • Is gratuity included in the total bill?
No, we do not add a mandatory or "standard" gratuity to your invoice. We believe great service should be rewarded at your discretion. You are welcome to provide a gratuity directly to your chauffeur in person, or if you prefer, we can add a specific amount to your final credit card bill upon request.

Payments & Cancellations

  • Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?
To hold any vehicle in our fleet, we require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. We will process the payment for your scheduled time approximately one week (7 days) prior to your reservation date.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellations up to one week before your scheduled reservation. Once your card has been processed (within the 7-day window), payments become non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies happen; in these cases, we are happy to help you reschedule and apply your payment as a credit toward a future reservation.

Additional Common Questions

  • Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the limos?
Yes, as long as everyone in the party is of legal drinking age (21+). We provide glassware and ice; you are welcome to bring your preferred beverages to enjoy during your ride.

  • Do you provide child safety seats for sedan/SUV transfers?
Safety is our top priority. We can provide child seats upon request for a small additional fee, or you are welcome to bring your own to be installed in our SUVs or sedans.

  • How far in advance should I book my transportation?
For standard airport transfers, 24–48 hours is usually sufficient. We suggest booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your date and vehicle choice. However, feel free to call us for last-minute needs—we will always accommodate your booking whenever possible. For high-volume periods—such as weddings, prom season, and college gamedays—our fleet often sells out months in advance. For these peak dates, we strongly recommend booking at least 3 months out to guarantee availability.

  • Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Yes, absolutely! Every Primetime Limousine chauffeur undergoes a rigorous background check, regular drug testing, and professional etiquette training to ensure you receive the safest and most polished experience in the industry. No matter what company you book with, it is extremely important that you verify both the vehicle AND the chauffeur have the appropriate insurance and permits.
